SHIPPING
We ship all orders from our Georgia warehouse. Most orders are released within 24 hours or the next business day, shipping time is then as follows USPS Priority mail (2-3 day delivery).
We no longer ship outside of the United States. At this time we are unable to ship to U.S. Territories , international locations, Alaska, Hawaii or PO Box addresses.
On occasion, due to restocking, or during the holiday seasons, orders may take up to 7 business days to ship. We will email you if your order is being restocked. If you have an availability questions, please email us before ordering.
RETURNS
Return Policy For Non Personalized Items Is 3 Days after delivery, buyer pays for return postage, product must be in original box and in original condition. Refund will be issued to original card used, after product is received and condition is verified. there is no restocking fee. For manufacture defects or shipping damages contact us within three days of delivery at difranzgifts@gmail.com. We will either issue a return authorization number for free freight to return merchandise to us or give instructions, to receive a complete refund or replace the product if available.

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or
product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must have a return authorization number, to get your RMA number, please email DiFranzgifts@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving product(s).
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to email customer service at DiFranzgifts@gmail.com if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production. NOTE: DiFranz Gifts also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.
