At DiFranz Gifts, we pride ourselves on offering unique, high-quality art that is made to order specifically for you. Because we do not mass-produce our items, each print and canvas is created only when an order is placed.

Shipping Information

  • Fulfillment Time: It typically takes 3–7 business days to create and fulfill your order before it is shipped.  Holiday's can take longer.

  • Delivery Estimates: Once fulfilled, shipping usually takes 3–4 business days within the USA and 5–20 business days for international orders.  Holiday's can take longer.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.

  • International Fees: Shipments outside of the USA may be subject to customs or tax fees depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    We strive to get your art to you as quickly as possible. Please note that during high-volume seasons, there may be slight delays in delivery beyond our control. While we cannot issue refunds for orders delayed by weather or carrier issues, we are committed to helping you track and receive your one-of-a-kind art.

Our Quality Guarantee

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order—such as a printing error or damage—you may return it in its original packaging for a prompt exchange of the same item or a full refund. Please submit all claims, including photos of the issue, within 10 days of receipt.

Personalized & Custom Orders

We want your custom art to be exactly as you envisioned! Because personalized items are customized just for you, they cannot be accepted for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

We encourage you to carefully review all personalization information, including:

  • Spelling of names

  • Important dates

  • Selected colors and quotes

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent into our production process, so we are unable to accept cancellations or changes.

    Please note that the following are not considered manufacturing defects or quality issues:

    • Color Variations: Due to differences in computer monitor calibrations and mobile screen settings (such as brightness and contrast), the colors of your physical print may vary slightly from what you see on your digital device.

    • Physical Texture & Handling: As our posters are printed on high-quality, thick paper and shipped rolled in protective tubes, a natural curve in the paper upon unrolling is expected and is not a defect.

    • Framing Alignment: Our art is designed for self-expression using your own frames. Slight variations in how a print sits within a third-party frame are a result of the framing process and not the print itself.
