Thank you for choosing DiFranz.
Every canvas is created especially for your order. We don't mass produce our artwork. Each piece is professionally printed, hand-stretched over a solid wood frame and carefully packaged only after your order has been placed.
Creating every canvas to order allows us to focus on craftsmanship rather than mass production, ensuring each piece receives the care and attention it deserves.
Production Time
Because every canvas is individually created, production typically takes 3–4 business days before your order ships.
During holidays or periods of unusually high demand, production times may be be longer. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your artwork with the care it deserves.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Free standard ground shipping is included with every canvas purchase.
Once production is complete, most orders arrive within up to 5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
At this time, expedited shipping is not available.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this tracking information to follow your package from shipment through delivery.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. DiFranz is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains more than one canvas, your items may arrive in separate shipments depending on production schedules and packaging requirements.
If this occurs, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
