Our Quality Promise

We stand behind every canvas we create.

If your order arrives with shipping damage, a manufacturing defect or a printing error, we'll make it right.

Please inspect your artwork as soon as it arrives. If you discover a problem, contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue.

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll gladly provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Returns

We understand that sometimes a piece of artwork simply isn't the right fit for your home.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

To receive a full refund, your artwork must be:

Returned in like-new condition
Returned using the original shipping carton and all original protective packaging
Free from damage, marks, alterations or excessive wear

Our shipping cartons and protective packaging are specifically designed to protect your artwork during transit. Returning your canvas in its original packaging helps ensure it arrives safely for inspection and allows us to offer returned artwork to another customer when appropriate.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to shipping damage, a manufacturing defect or a printing error.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll promptly process your refund.

Color & Appearance

Every effort is made to represent our artwork as accurately as possible.

Because every screen displays color a little differently, slight variations between what you see on your monitor, tablet or mobile device and the finished printed canvas are normal. These differences are not considered manufacturing defects.

How to Report a Problem

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem

We'll review your request promptly and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
